For California-based cryptocurrency startup Ensembl I created a landing page using HTML5 and Bootstrap. It enables them to pitch their idea with investors, keep potential customers up to date and gather data about the market situation. The site is completely built in HTML5 and uses subtle jQuery animations to improve the user feedback and make it feel lively.
The Arugam Bay Development Forum is a community that organises events like the annual Half Marathon to raise funds for the local schools. All money they earn goes into school buildings, teaching materials and similar. I created a website for them to improve their presence on the web as well as to give external people the possibility for donations and to register as a volunteer.
What started as a small redesign evolved into an ongoing partnership with continuous improvements of the website of this surf camp in Taghazout, Morocco, managed by a German-Moroccan couple. Prototypes are pretty senseless. They cost you a lot of time and money and in the end you just throw away the result. So why in the world would you want to create an almost finished user interface if you then have to start all over again building the actual application?
