What started as a small redesign evolved into an ongoing partnership with continuous improvements of the website of this surf camp in Taghazout, Morocco, managed by a German-Moroccan couple.
It is based on a WordPress architecture with a self developed theme and includes some special features like bilinguality, a filterable package selector and a surfspot map. Also a lot of subtle animations were used to immerse the user more in the site and gather his/her interest.
Working in this project also included collaborating with a German SEO specialist to improve the site quality and Google ranking, which happened exclusively remote.
While most of the work was done remote, I visited the customer several times to build up a more personal relationship.
